When I was five years old, I walked into my sister's room and changed the album on the little record player and said, "now that's some good music." My sister nor I remember what the album was, only that we knew one day I would have a life in music. I can not remember a day that I have not listened to music.
I was given the DJ name Kid Mid from a disc jockey at WSHE "She's only rock and roll" Ft. Lauderdale, Miami in the early 80's. I had gotten a job there as an intern after winning an air guitar contest the station had sponsored. The name just stuck over the years, so I have kept it. I do believe I own the world's largest collection of air guitars.
